Art Work Basics

There is hardly ever an art charge. The only time we even consider charging is on complex designs, like 4 color-process or photo imaging.

Simple Art / Standard Art  - (This is our specialty) Designs that incorporate basic imagery with type setting (most designs will fall into this category). Using clipart or simple designing techniques. If you have a list of names that needs to be typeset, it is best to give these to us in a file (email, Word, text) so we can "copy and paste" rather than retyping. For those of you that are familiar with Eddie, you know he rocks on our art!

Complex Art - Specific or multiple images (pictures within pictures). Any Photo Realistic Design requiring blended color to achieve specific results (4 color process or simulated process). Complete redraws of pencil sketches, or detailed logo redraws. When we have to charge its $50 per hour.

Art Preferred Formats

SCREEN PRINTING: Vector Art is art that is built (actually drawn) in a vector or object based program such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or Adobe Freehand. Each object in vector file can be selected and individually manipulated independently from the rest of the image.

Common files extensions for this type of file include .ai, .eps, .cdr, & .wmf.

When providing such files, it is important to convert to curves or create outlines out of all text used.

Send us whatever format you have, even bitmap, we will work with it the best we can.

EMBROIDERY: All designs have to be custom made, send us what you have. We will make it work.
